Scope of engagement
Each engagement is scoped individually following the initial consultation. Fees and timelines quoted are specific to the agreed scope and may be revised if the scope changes.
Lawful conduct
Privateye conducts all investigations within the bounds of Singapore law and its Private Investigation Agency licence. Clients may not instruct Privateye to carry out unlawful acts.
No guarantee of outcome
Privateye undertakes to investigate diligently and report findings accurately, but cannot guarantee a particular outcome, as findings depend on the underlying facts of each case.
Confidentiality
Privateye treats all client information as confidential, sharing it only with investigators assigned to the relevant case, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Privateye's liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
